One Bowl Apple Cake

For Art Playgroup this week, I wanted to make something simple and delicious for the mommies.  I put this off until about 8:45 last night, so I wanted something really easy that wouldn’t make a big mess.  I ran across this recipe for One Bowl Apple Cake at maya*made recently, and decided that sounded perfect!  It was a big hit with the Art Playgroup mommies this morning.  This cake would be great for breakfast, dessert or snacktime.  I pulled mine out of the oven after 30 minutes because I thought it was burning, but I think it could have cooked for about 5 more minutes.  Just keep an eye on it!
